Mr. Lee Rometti's Classes

Desktop Publishing can be taken multiple times for credit.

In the first year students learn:
1. Adobe In Design CC to create page layouts.
2. Adobe Photoshop CC for graphic design and picture editing.
3. Photography Skills. (the camera use, posing subjects, outdoor photography, and editing pictures).

Students learn principles of design while creating a variety of documents including:  business cards, movie posters. letterhead, 12-month calendars, brochures, trading cards, children's book, menus, signs, advertisements, invitations, etc.

In the advanced classes, students learn:
1. More advanced features of Photoshop
2. Adobe Illustrator CC

Students will create more projects for class, but there will be an emphasis on creating documents for businesses, the school, and community organizations. The students will form a "class business" in which they will work from.
