Multi Media

Multi-Media may be taken a second year for credit. Students will learn to plan, direct, record, and edit digital video.  The course will begin by focusing on learning to use a video camera and take great shots and angles. One early project will be edited with Movie Maker. Skills learned include story boarding, camera operation, lighting, scripting, voice overs, and other editing techniques that enhance the video production process. In addition students will learn to create their own graphics to use in the video editing process with Photoshop. Most digital video editing projects will use Adobe Premiere Pro CC. With advanced students using Adobe After Effects. Students will make videos from the following: short films, music videos, highlight videos, documentaries, commercials, stop motion animation and more.
